O carnaval só é considerado feriado se estiver previsto em lei estadual ou municipal.

COMÉRCIO - No caso específico de Belo Horizonte e Região Metropolitana, a terça-feira de Carnaval é considerada feriado, pelo Dia do Comerciário, por força de Convenção Coletiva de Trabalho.
